Jill provided me with coaching to help me manage the impact of my Dyslexia & ADHD. Jill's coaching, empathy and knowledge helped me to understand that what I was experiencing was normal and that I wasn't alone and that with some adjustments I could harness to my advantage, whilst still being kind to myself.
Through considered questioning, Jill helped me unlock approaches that worked for me, addressed the specific issues I was facing and helped me see a wide range of possibilities.
Having reflected on the coaching process, I can see night and day differences in my approach to work, and the systems I need in place to make the most of my particular challenges.
It is rare to meet a coach who truly listens to understand, someone who can get the right balance of empathy, curiosity, incisive questioning and getting to the heart of a problem.
Jill takes a practical, outcome-led approach, with clear actions and next steps. Her style is warm, relaxed and friendly where you feel you are having a conversation with real purpose. I would highly recommend Jill as a coach.
From historical counselling to current day for various different reasons, this is by far the most useful set of coaching sessions I’ve had. Thank you, Jill, for helping me not only with skills to take forward to improve my communication skills and focus, but you’ve given me an understanding of how my condition works and how that relates to me, more than any book could do. You’ve made a significant difference to my life, not just in work, and I feel equipped to be successful with the tools you’ve given me. Thank you!
Since undergoing coaching, my confidence and self-esteem have massively increased as I have been able to discuss and devise strategies to allow me to work more efficiently and expose ableism that came as a result of being undiagnosed. Jill has helped me to see the hidden strengths that my neurodiversity has given me, which I have since recognised and used in the workplace.
Thank you so much to my strategy coach, Jill. The diagnosis and strategy coaching has genuinely been a massive turning point in my confidence and life
I am so grateful to Jill and the work we did together - she has left a mark on me that I and others will benefit from for years to come.
I found Jill to be a great listener with fantastic communication skills – she always knew what to say and how best to enable me to gain perspective on my situation. She asked just the right questions to help me think clearly, and successfully achieve my goals, as well as providing sound advice and support. Thank you!
Jill was a delight to meet with, she was always exuded a positive energy, and was very personable. Anything we talked about she would put into some relative terms or provide context and examples to bring the topics to life. I felt understood, never did anything that I talked about as a “quirk” ever feel as thought it was judged. It gave me an environment to talk through things, digest them, and she actually had me feeling optimistic about the future, full of ideas, and re-invigorated to go and take control of my environment – to not let it control me.

I can’t sing Jill’s praises highly enough! Not only has she helped me through a few challenges in my work and personal life around ADHD, she’s also been an incredible sounding board.
The co-coaching session that Jill strongly advised I take was a pivotal moment in how my ADHD is managed and how my employer can support.
I can’t begin to tell you how things have changed for the better since I’ve had Jill in my life.
I’m going to miss our sessions, but I honestly thank you for your help, Jill. Thank you for being so passionate about neurodiversity!
Jill is clearly fantastic at her job, and we clicked pretty immediately. Our sessions were more like having a chat with a friend. She has such a great depth of knowledge about neurodivergent brains, both medically, and socially. She was able to explain in clear terms how my brain was processing things and why, which really helped me understand myself better. She was amazing at helping me phrase things so that I didn’t come off as blunt as I often am, which helped my achieve my goals in setting boundaries and advocating for myself. This was not just in work settings but also in my personal life. I really can’t thank Jill enough for her support through some difficult and overwhelming periods of my life.
Jill provided me Strategy Coaching to help me manage the impact of my dyslexia and ADHD, at a time where the latter had only just come to light, so I am still in the process of understanding it and putting coping mechanisms in place. Jill coaching, knowledge and empathy helped me to understand that what I was experiencing was normal, that I wasn’t alone and that with some adjustments I could harness to my advantage, whilst also being kind to myself. Through considered questioning Jill helped me unlock approaches that worked for me, addressed the specific issues I was facing and helped me to see a wide range of possibilities. Having reflected at the end of our 4 sessions I can see a night and day difference in my approach to work and the systems I need in place to make the most of my particular challenges – I have even had feedback that is evidence of the impact it has had on the way I interact and the benefits that has for others in my team. I am so grateful to Jill and the work we did together – she has left a mark on me that I and others will benefit from for years to come.
